This Privacy Policy explains, in a clear and transparent manner, how we collect, use, store, share, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application (whether downloaded from the App Store or via QR code) and related services. It also describes your rights regarding your personal data.

1 Information We Collect

We collect information to enable account creation, provide core features, ensure transactional and platform security, and improve user experience.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Registration:

When you sign up using your email, we collect your email address and password. We may send a verification email to confirm the validity of the account.

Profile Information:

In community features, you may optionally provide a nickname, profile photo, and additional profile details.

User-Generated Content:

Any content you post within the community—such as posts, comments, photos, videos, likes, bookmarks, and sharing activity.

Payment & Transaction Information:

When you purchase virtual goods or subscriptions, payments are processed through certified third-party processors (e.g., Apple Pay, Stripe).

  • We do not collect or store full payment credentials (such as credit card numbers).
  • We only receive limited transaction details from the payment processor.

We automatically collect logs related to your interactions with the App, including feature usage, crash reports, system activity, and timestamps.

We use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage (such as iOS Keychain) to manage login sessions, remember your preferences (e.g., language), understand how you use the Services, and measure marketing performance.

4 Data Storage & International Transfers

Storage Location:

Personal information is stored primarily in AWS data centers located in the United States.

Cross-Border Transfers:

If you reside in jurisdictions such as the EU or California, your data may be transferred to the U.S.

We use appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses—to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5 Your Privacy Rights (Including California Residents)

If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) grants you the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and third parties shared with.
  • Right to Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions).

We collect only what is necessary to provide core app functionality.

  • Encryption of sensitive data stored on AWS

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account remains active
  • Community posts remain until you delete them
  • Transaction records may be retained for several years to meet tax and audit obligations

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
